Hello all. My name is Shwetha Jayanth. I am from Bangalore.I am a Certified Yoga Instructor & Face Yoga Expert. I am the founder of FIT YOGIC. I do conduct online yoga fitness classes and workshops. My expertise are Group Yoga, Face Yoga, Kids Yoga, Senior Yoga, Pre&Post Natal Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Corporate Yoga.
I was a national level Gymnastic player and I'm an athlete. I am a state champ in running and long jump. I have almost 500 prizes and certificates to my credits.
I have conducted several workshops for free for kids, senior citizens, mothers. I have also cured many Bell's Palsy patients with my Face Yoga method. I'm currently collaborating with famous institutions and pre schools.

*My hobbies are - dancing, singing, blogging, vlogging, cooking, art&craf.
