I start my yoga journey when I was 6 years old

Hatha yoga / Ashtanga Teacher , Air yoga,Rocket Flow, Pilates, Iyengar Instructor, In 2008, I came into contact with yoga in Rishikesh, India (the capital of yoga in India). I liked traditional Indian yoga and wanted to learn authentic Indian yoga. So I took a year of professional yoga study here (Uttarakhand saskrit university, Rishikesh). Started the wonderful way of yoga; in 2008, I learned Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga with Indian master Acharya Ravi ji; in 2009 I learned Iyengar with teacher Batra sir .
I teach yoga in Sanskrit ,Hindi , English , Chinese ,Japanese language, .
